Membership

At Grassroots we realised we don’t like the word “tickets” because it is not a “consumer event.” However we still need to get enough cash together to hire our marquee and get the show on the road. Hence, this year, there are no tickets. Instead, to help GR pay its bills we ask that all who come to contribute a “Grassroots membership” of £35 to come to services.

How to book:
  1. Email grassrootsjews@gmail.com letting us know you’d like to book.
  2. You’ll be provided with our account details for a bank transfer.
  3. Please do put your name on the transfer payment so we can confirm it has gone through.
  4. Once the money is transferred, we’ll send you a confirmation email!
Simples.
Please be aware that in our ideal world, these festivals would/will be free. However as we are a group of friends putting together a large service, there are of course costs incurred (marquee hire etc. etc.) which are where the booking money goes to!
NB

We would prefer not to take cheques.
Your name will be on our list at the door.
Membership is non-transferable (i.e. if you decide you’re not coming one day you can’t send along a mate in your place — they need to get a ticket too).
For all other questions, including those related to concessions and whether it’s ok to only come for one day, please refer to the blog FAQ.

    Hi,

Rachel Marcus told me about the group. It sounds great. I’d like to book tickets for my wife, Lara, and I. Lara’s pregnant, so she’ll need to eat something during Yom Kippur. If that’s possible, we’d love to book tickets and come!

    Many thanks,

    Paul
